You should avoid any unnatural motions, incorrect postures and muscle fatigue. Maintain proper ways to stand, sit, bend, lift and reach as it will exert less stress on your joints. Avoid standing or sitting in same posture as this will make the joints stiff and cause pain. By changing your posture often you can protect your joints.
