2. Minoxidil

Minoxidil is a topical type of medication, which helps to stimulate the growth of hair within six months. It completely helps to avoid balding nature and do reverse the changes in the follicles of hair. It may take a few weeks for the result to be noticed. The effects of such treatment include scaling, dryness, and itching over the affected portion on the body. So Minoxidil must be consumed regularly to get the effective result.

3. Consume Onion Juice

The sufferer can also prefer one of the best remedy available naturally, which is none other than onion juice. It has been proved effective in approximately 86 percent of the trails on the sufferers yet and in fact it has reduced the hair loss and improved in growing new hair. This takes a period of more than six months after its application. This is to be considered that this treatment is more effective in case of male. But anybody affected with the alopecia areata can use onion juice as it is a natural remedy.

4. Ultra-Violet Ray Exposure

Exposing of affected portion of the body to the ultraviolet rays has been proved to be effective in case of alopecia areata. However, it shouldn’t be done in excess as there is some limitation to be followed. It should be done very carefully and it can bring positive result in certain conditions of the skin. It is of course a natural treatment that should be regulated carefully. If the exposure to the ultraviolet ray is not in control, then it may cause harm to your skin. So this treatment should be done very carefully.

5. Erase Stress From Your Brain

The sufferer should not put himself/herself in worries or stress as it can increase the effect of alopecia areata. So it is suggested to minimize your stress if you are really interested to get cure from alopecia areata. So for better result, it is advisable to avoid depression and anxiety which may control the loss of hair and may also result in re-growth of hair in some cases.
