For about a liter of warm water put two teaspoons of salt and two teaspoons garlic paste. Soak the foot in this mixture for about 15-20 minutes. It will give a huge amount of relief for the burning sensation and the itching sensation as well.
Soak the foot in warm water added with 2-3 drops of tea tree oil. Keep the water a little warm and soak your feet for about 15-20 minutes.
Along with this apply the tea tree oil to the worst affected area on the foot. It gives a lot of relief, and the fungus would have gone by 3-4 days, by regularly following this medicine.
This helps in minimizing the pain and the other sensations as well. Soak the feet in this solution before retiring to bed every night for about 15 minutes. Pat the foot and dry the moist area and then go to sleep. Repeat for 3-4 days and foot fungus is gone.
Wearing a tight pair of shoes can cause discomfort to the foot and result in fungal growth. Staying in the closed-toe shoes for a very long time will make your foot moist and heated as well. This is a good environment for fungus to grow. It is good to avoid tight fitted shoe and also closed-toe shoe as well
