Sleeping in a cool room can considerably reduce the night sweat. You may employ various methods to keep your room cool like lowering the temperature of the air conditioner, pointing a fan towards yourself, opening the windows to allow air circulation and putting something cool under your head while sleeping. All these keep the body cool and reduce night sweat.
