Elderberry
Elderberry is widely used in Asia, Europe and North America. The flowers, leaves and fruit, all have great medicinal values. The berries have muscle relaxing properties and relieve pain. Its stimulating properties diminish the numbness and release the pressure on the nerve ends. Drink one glass of elderberry juice twice a day.
Potato Juice
Potato which is considered as a fattening food has many medicinal and healing properties. The juice of raw potatoes helps in relieving the sciatic nerve pain.
It decreases the irritation of the nerve and helps in facilitating the movement of the leg and foot. Grate a raw potato and squeeze it to extract the juice. Take half a cup of raw potato juice and mix it with some carrot juice. Drink this mixture at least twice a day.
Celery

Bind with a clean cloth to make the paste stay in place. Keep the paste for two hours for maximum relief. You can also take the juice of horseradish. Grate some horseradish and squeeze it to remove the juice. Warm the juice and drink two teaspoons of this juice mixed with some honey, three times a day.
Epsom Salt
Epsom salt is rich in magnesium and sulfates which not only minimize the pain but also soothe and relax the muscles by reducing swelling. They decrease the stress and pressure on the sciatic nerve. Fill your bathtub with hot water and add two cups of Epsom salt to it. Soak yourself for half an hour everyday.
