Ginger

A recommended procedure to make peppermint tea is such: one tablespoon peppermint leaves are placed in a one pint jar of boiling water; this is made to stand for twenty to thirty minutes (occasional shaking is must); this is followed by straining and sipping.

If tea fails to match up with the taste of the person, peppermint lemonade can be made by adding a few peppermint twigs to the lemonade mixture and allowing it to stand for at least ten minutes.

Green Leafy Vegetables

Green leafy vegetables instigate the body to secrete more digestive enzymes and digestive juices. Even the secretion of bile from the gallbladder can be related to the intake of fresh lush vegetables.

These secretions lead to appetite recovery. Thus, it is essential for the appetite losing patient to gorge on collards, dandelions, arugula, radicchio and the likes.

Water

This last remedy should not come as surprise of course. It is well known that water plays a good deal of role in controlling the appetite.

So, drinking at least eight glasses of water is a must for the person recovering his appetite. It takes no effort to drink water!
