Massage can help person suffering from asthma attack as it will clear the respiratory passage and allows easy breathing. Take some mustard oil and mix it with little camphor and use this solution to massage the back of the chest but do not put too much of pressures ,try to keep it gentle. This massage can be repeated twice or thrice in a day. The massage will help and bring relief.

Coffee contains caffeine which is beneficial in case of asthma attack. If a person is suffering from asthma attack we can give him a cup of coffee without milk.

The stronger the coffee the greater is the result as the coffee clears the airways and brings relief to the person. It helps to reduce asthma attack, a person can consume two to three cups of coffee in a day.
