Various Ways To Cure Diaper Rash

Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is very important to be applied on the rash on a regular basis because it helps in soothing the irritation and the itching that would serve to be very relaxing and comfortable for the baby.

Coconut oil helps in curing the rash very fast and would thus help in avoiding any kind of complications that might arise because of the pain and the itching that the baby needs to go through.

Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera gel can also be applied to help in getting rid of the rash very fast. Aloe Vera gel helps in bringing about a reduction in the itching and the inflammation caused due to the rash and the baby feels very relaxed.

Aloe Vera is said to be very cool and it possesses certain properties that are very helpful in treating skin allergies of different kinds. Apart from this aloe Vera is also considered to be very safe for the baby as it does not have any harmful effects.

Oatmeal

Oatmeal is very popular among the natural cures for diaper rash which can be used with the bath water of the child. The affected area of the skin needs to be immersed in this water for fifteen to twenty minutes while it is important to watch the movement of water.

The skin also needs to be pat dry with the use of a towel so that no trace of water is left on the skin that can further aggravate the problem. This process would help in getting rid of the rashes within a very short span of time.

Flour

Flour can be roasted in a pan and heated till the color of the flour changes to golden brown. This heated flour can be applied as a light dust at every change of diaper. The dust of the flour needs to be applied on a regular basis on the affected area of the baby.

Baking Soda

Baking soda is also said to work very well as one of the natural cures for diaper rash. It can be used in the bath water of the baby and the baby can be given a bath with this water for at least ten minutes and three times in a day so that the rash can be controlled and healed as early as possible.

Baking soda is also healthy for the overall skin of the baby but it should always be used in the bath water of the infant and not directly.
