Food is very important in case of sports injuries .Right intake of food is not help in recovering from sports injuries’ but also prevents them. Food rich in carbohydrate is important as it is the major source of energy.
Food rich in protein helps to heal and build muscles, fish nuts and dairy products are rich in protein .Minerals are important, specially iron and calcium .Water and other fluids helps to keep well hydrated , even mild dehydration may result in fatigue in a sportsman.
