Working out on a regular basis not only helps keep such dreaded ailments at bay but also elevates the levels of endorphins and serotonins in the body which are the chemicals released by the body in order to support overall well being.

Ensure that you consume a healthy and a well balanced diet containing ample amounts of fruits and vegetables. More of wholegrain foods must be included to your diet. Keep away from unhealthy foods rich in sugars as these can worsen your condition.
Some other substances that can aggravate the signs and symptoms of panic attacks are caffeine containing beverages like coffee, carbonated drinks etc. You can replace such drinks with few cups of green tea which is not only free of caffeine but is also a rich source of antioxidants. It is also advised to refrain from unhealthy habits like smoking, drinking etc. These habits can increase one’s risk of developing panic attacks.
