Breathing Exercises for Stress
Sit straight on your chair and keep your feet pressed tightly on to the floor. Keep your muscles relaxed and close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing.
Inhale as much as you can and exhale as deeply as is possible for you. You can imagine a balloon getting completely deflated inside your stomach while you exhale. Leave your stress and work tensions away while you do this exercise.
Twists
Sit straight with your spine straight and upright. Now twist you upper body towards one side and look to the back, as far back as possible.Repeat towards the other side. You will feel the stretching of your tensed back muscles and all your tensions will be eased away with this move.
Stretches
Hold your neck straight and inhale as you move your chin down and press it into your chest.While you exhale, move your head backwards, tilting your head as far back as you can. Do this whenever you feel that your neck muscles are becoming taut with tension and stress.
Facial Exercises for Eye Puffiness
This yoga exercise will help you remove the puffiness under your eyes. Using the index, middle and ring finger, pull the skin under your eyes down and then close your eyes, while keeping the skin pulled down. Hold for about ten seconds and release. Repeat 3-4 times.
Eye Exercises
Keep your head straight and look straight ahead. Now open your eyes as wide as possible and look to the far right, keeping your head straight without moving.Hold the position for 10 seconds as you feel the eye muscles stretch. Repeat with the other eye.

Exercise for Facial Muscles
Hold your head straight and pull your chin slightly up. Now open your mouth and eyes as wide as possible and stick your tongue out as low as possible. Hold for 10 seconds.This exercise will tone your facial and neck muscles and reduce wrinkling. You can repeat 5-6 times.
Exercise for the Lips and Smile Lines
This exercise will reduce your smile lines and keep your lips full and glowing. Keep your head straight and suck you cheeks inwards, so that you can pucker your lips to form a tightly closed shape like that of a fish. Keeping this pose, try to smile and hold for 10 seconds. Repeat 3-4 times to remove smile lines and lines around your nose.
For Glowing Cheeks
Hold your head straight and breathe in while keeping your lips closed. Fill air in your cheeks and hold for a minute while releasing and exhaling through the mouth.
