Forehead
To prevent fine lines from forming on your forehead massage your forehead with the help of your index and middle finger. Start from one side of the forehead and move your finger tips in circular motion while maintaining a firm pressure on the forehead.
Cover the upper part of your forehead and repeat the process by starting from the other side.To prevent and reduce frown lines between the brows massage the centre of your eyebrows with your middle finger and ring finger tips using upwards strokes. Do massage in one direction only.
Cheeks
For high cheek bones which is every woman’s dream do this exercise twice every day. Close your mouth and blow air in the mouth as if trying to blow a balloon. Hold for 10 seconds, relax and repeat this move 10 times.
Pucker your lips as if you are going to blow a candle and suck your cheeks inside. Your cheeks should touch each other inside your mouth. Hold the pose for 10 seconds, relax and repeat 10 times.
Eyes
Your eyes are the most attractive feature on your face. They help you to see the world and you do want to maintain healthy and shining eyes! To prevent dark circles and eye bags under your eyes do these exercises twice every day.
Blink your eyes one by one 50 times each to prevent crow’s feet.
Rotate both the eyes clockwise and anticlockwise 5 times on each side. After completing the rounds close the eyes and press them lightly with the palm of your hands for 10 seconds to relax the muscles.
Chin
To maintain a bony jaw line and a slim chin do neck rotations.Stand straight with your feet kept 12 inches apart. Place your arms behind your back. Close your eyes and move your neck clockwise and anti clockwise three times in each direction. If you are suffering from cervical pain then do not do full rotation.
Neck
To prevent ageing lines from forming on the neck sit on a straight backed chair. Bend your neck backwards as far as you can. Keep your mouth closed. Count till 5 and slowly bend your neck forward and bring your chin close to the chest. Hold for 5 seconds and repeat to complete three rounds.
