Mullein

Take some mullein leaves in a cup of water. After that boil it for some time and then let it steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain it well after that and drink it while it is hot.

Drink 2-3 cups of this tea every day. You can also use this tea to gargle 2-3 times every day. You can inhale the vapour coming out from the tea at least 3 times every day.

Dandelion

Take some roots of dandelion and add it to a cup of water. Then heat it well and let it boil for some time. After that allow it to steep for 10-15 minutes. Then strain it well and drink it 3-4 times every day.

You can also take some roots, crush them well and then add the powder to a glass of water. After that drink at least 2 glasses of it every day. You can also have 1-2 teaspoons of it every day.

Peppermint

Take some leaves of peppermint and add it to a cup of water. Then boil it for some time and after that allow it to steep. Then strain it properly and drink 2-3 cups of this peppermint tea every day.

You can also inhale the steam coming out from the hot tea in the cup. Take some peppermint oil and add it to a cup of boiling water. After that inhale the steam coming out from the cup. Do this at least 3 times every day.

Chamomile

Take some leaves of this herb and add it to a cup of water. Then heat it and allow it to steep well. After that strain it properly and have it. Have it 2-3 times every day.

You should drink the tea while it is hot. You can also breathe in the vapour coming out from the hot tea 3-4 times every day.

Ginger

Take some roots of ginger and cut them. Then put the pieces in a cup of water. Heat it and then let it steep for 10-15 minutes. After that strain it and have it 2-3 times every day.

You can also add some ginger roots to a cup of water and then let it boil. After that add few drops of lime juice and 1-2 teaspoons of honey to it. Then have 2-3 cups of it every day.

So getting rid of spring ailments are not that difficult and by following the above mentioned 5 herbal remedies you can easily get good results within a very short time.
