A person stutters more when he or she is overwhelmed, excited and anxious. Emotional and psychological problems can also cause stuttering. Repetitions of short words and sounds, pauses while speaking, and irregular speech patterns are some of the symptoms of stuttering. Almond

Take some almond seeds and grate them well. Then add this to some finely grated black pepper seeds. Mix them well and add some water to make a paste. You should add more water to make a thick paste.

Then you should have 2-3 teaspoons of this paste every day on empty stomach after you wake up. Have this for at least 2 weeks in order to get rid of stuttering within a very short time.

Coriander

Take some coriander leaves and add it to a cup of water. Mix them well and then heat it well for at least 20 minutes. Then use this water to gargle 2-3 times every day.

You should do this for 2-3 weeks in order to get rid of stuttering. You can also crush some coriander leaves and then add this powder to a glass of water. After that gargle with it and then drink it.

Bay leaf

Take some bay leaf, wash it well and then place it under your tongue. This home remedy is very effective in treating stuttering. You can also take some bay leaves and put them in a cup of water.

After that heat it, let it steep for at least 20 minutes and then strain it. Drink 2-3 cups of the tea every day. You can also grind the leaves and then have 2-3 teaspoons of the powder every day.

Black pepper

Take some black pepper powder and add it some butter. After that have it every day at least 3 times in order to get rid of stuttering. You can also include black pepper powder in your daily cooking.

Take a glass of milk or tea and add few teaspoons of black pepper powder to it. After that have it 2-3 times every day as it will help you to get rid of stuttering easily.

Amla

Take an amla and chew it well. Do this 2-3 times every day until you get rid of stuttering. You can also add some amla to a glass of water and then boil it for 10-15 minutes.

After that strain it well and then drink the water. Have 2-3 glasses of it every day. You can also crush some amla and add the powder to a glass of water and have it or have 2-3 teaspoons of the powder every day.

So getting rid of stuttering is not that difficult and by following the above mentioned home remedies you can easily get good results within a very short time.
