Then with the help of a cotton cloth apply the paste on the affected area and leave it like that for 30 minutes to one hour. You can also put 3-4 drops of neem oil on a cotton ball and then rub it gently on the injured knee for some time. You should do it daily until you get rid of the pain associated with the knee injury.

Ginger

Take some raw ginger and cut it into 3-4 pieces. Then rub these pieces one by one on the injured knee and do this for 30 minutes daily. This will help you to get rid of the knee injury within a very short time.

You can also take a small bowl, add some ginger oil to it and then heat it well for half an hour. After that use a cotton cloth to apply the hot ginger oil on the affected area. Massage this oil daily on the injured knee for 30 minutes.

You can also take few drops of honey in a teaspoon, add some apple cider vinegar to take and have it 3-4 times very day.
