Any exercise that stresses the body to its limits can be used effectively to burn fat. When the sugar in the blood runs out the body uses the stored fat and any high-intensity exercise like push-ups, sprinting, squats, weightlifting, and lunging are all effective in stressing the body to the point where it switches to the stored fats as a fuel source. Fat burning exercises can also be done for longer periods of time than body building exercises, since the body sustains less damage and they are easier to be carried out. Practice these exercises as many times as possible.

Squats are a very common and efficient way to reduce fat. Do not try this if you have knee problems, but other than that, squats are a very effective means to shed kilos. Stand straight and bend your knees till you’re almost in a sitting position.
Then go back to your original position. Repeat this until you get a severe burning sensation in the leg muscles. Repeat the entire set after a short rest. Regular squatting works wonders for burning fats.
Jump using your left leg towards the right. Land on your right leg; then immediately use it to jump back towards the left. This is a very effective way of increasing joint flexibility and reducing fat.
Since the energy output of this exercise is very high, the body rapidly switches to the stored fats as a source of fuel. Do this for as long as possible to make sure that you use as much stored fat as possible by reducing the sugar content of your blood.
This is yet another strenuous exercise that makes your abdominal muscles work. Do this as many times as you’re comfortable with, and combine this with other exercises. The abdominal muscles are large muscles and making them work uses a large amount of energy, which the body gets by burning the stored fats.
Do a few dozen crunches every day to enable your body to use up the fat of your body. Increased muscle mass also burns away excess fat. Combined with other exercises, this is very effective.
Fat burning exercises require intense determination since they take the body beyond its rated ability to do work. Without strong determination, none of these exercises can be successfully implemented by an individual.
