Dry the asparagus and grind it well to make it into a powder. Mix the powder with water and drink this two times a day for at least five to six days.
You can also extract the juice from asparagus. Drinking this juice twice or thrice a day is quite beneficial and helps in eliminating the toxins without dehydrating the body, and maintains the electrolyte levels.
Nettle seeds have positive effect on the kidneys and their functions. It is particularly known to be effective in treating glomerulonephritis. It is a great blood purifier and has anti-inflammatory properties. The external part of this herbal plant has tiny thorns that are acid laden.
To use this herb, you need to mix dried nettle seed powder (about 2 gram) with water (a glass). Drink this solution twice or thrice a day to see the desired results in the treatment of glomerulonephritis.
Holy basil helps in healing the swelling and the inflammation caused in the kidneys. Take about twelve tulsi leaves. Add this to water and allow it to boil in a pan for about ten minutes.

Turmeric is an effective detoxifier, as it helps in removing the toxins from the body. Turmeric could be had by mixing a teaspoon of it with a glass of milk. It is advised to drink this mix two times every day to achieve desired results.
