If the fallopian tubes which carry the eggs from the ovaries to the uterus get damaged then they can prevent contact between the egg and sperm and thus cause infertility. Other causes of infertility can be pelvic infections, uterine fibroids, cervical condition which does not allow the sperm to pass through the cervical canal, emotional stress, depression, tensions and psychosomatic illnesses.
Poor health and sexually transmitted diseases can also cause infertility disorders. Sometimes, chronic anemia, leucorrhea, improper metabolism and constipation aggravate this disorder and decrease the function of the reproductive organs.
Jambul leaves are very good for infertility disorders. Boil 250 ml of water in a pan and add twenty grams of fresh and tender jambul leaves to it. Cover the pan and allow the leaves to steep for two hours.
Strain the tea, stir in two teaspoons of honey and drink this tonic once everyday. Jambul leaves have powerful antibacterial and antioxidant properties which take care of any infection and enhance the function of the ovaries.
Drumstick flowers are very high in medicinal values and have been used since time immemorial for strengthening all the functions of the body and for enhancing fertility. They are also rich in vital nutrients that invigorate the reproductive organs and optimize their function tremendously.
Boil ten drumstick flowers in a glass of cow’s milk on a low heat for a few minutes. After half an hour strain the milk, add a little sugar and consume it once daily.
Amla is a great remedy for enhancing fertility. It nurtures the ovaries and all the body tissues and keeps the menstruation regular and healthy and increases the possibility of conception.
It also removes all the toxins from the body and maintains the health of the reproductive organs. Grate one amla and mix it with one teaspoon of honey. Consume this mixture every morning on an empty stomach.
Dates contain a wealth of nutrients that not only strengthen the reproductive system and enhance its function but they also nourish the entire body and keep it in prime health. Take six dates and deseed them.
Put to boil a glass of milk and add the dates to the milk. Continue boiling on a low heat for two minutes then turn off the flame. Consume the dates and milk every day on a regular basis.
Cottage cheese is rich in proteins, calcium, vitamin B12 and other valuable nutrients which strengthen the reproductive organs and enable them to function optimally.
Scald 250 ml of milk with some homemade curd. Strain the liquid and eat the fresh cottage every morning on a regular basis.
